Dear Members,

We are excited to share an important update about the future of our club.

After thoughtful discussion and careful planning, the Board of Directors has approved an operational unification between Spring Creek FC and Iowa Storm Soccer Club. This unification is a long-term decision designed to strengthen our soccer community, improve development pathways, and ensure the sustainability of our programs for players, families, and coaches.

Through this unification, the clubs will operate together under a shared structure and aligned standards for areas such as player development, coaching education, and resource coordination. This approach allows us to provide greater consistency and opportunity for players while remaining focused on a positive and stable experience for families.

It is important to note that this unification is being implemented through board-approved agreements and a phased transition, and it does not constitute a statutory merger under state law.

At this time, there are no immediate changes to team assignments, practice locations, coaching roles, or current programming. All teams will continue to operate as they do today through the end of the Spring 2026 season. Any changes being considered for the Fall 2026–Spring 2027 seasons will be communicated clearly and well in advance.

We believe this unification positions our club for long-term success and allows us to better serve our players and families. Additional details will be shared as plans are finalized.

We recognize that change can raise questions. We are committed to providing accurate information through official club communications and ask that members rely on those channels for updates. Constructive questions are always welcome; however, speculation and misinformation can create unnecessary confusion.
