Weekly Lesson Plans
Please use these weekly lesson plans to build both basic technical skills and tactical understanding of the game. If you are training more than once a week, repeat the same plan each night while making small adjustments as needed. This repetition will help the players better understand and execute the drills.
Ensure all training sessions keep the players moving and involved, adjusting drills accordingly to maintain engagement. Typically, you should spend 10–15 minutes per drill, adjusted for the specific age group. Please also find time to finish with a small-sided scrimmage or play against another team training that same evening.
